HubSpot Integration
HubSpot is one of the most-requested integration in our roadmap, and it's now live. One OAuth click connects your HubSpot portal to MailBeast and unlocks a clean two-way workflow built around the things sales teams actually do: get a fresh segment into outreach, and get the people who replied back into the CRM with context.
Import a HubSpot Segment into a Campaign
Once Hubspot integration is activated, open any campaign's Leads tab, click Bulk Import, and choose Import from HubSpot. Pick a static or active list, optionally select up to 50 HubSpot contact properties to bring across as personalization variables, and hit Import. Email, first name, last name, company, job title, and website come in automatically - anything else you pick becomes a `{{custom_<property>}}` placeholder usable in your sequence templates.
Keep Your Active Lists Topped Up
If you imported from an active list - one whose membership changes over time as contacts match or unmatch its filter - MailBeast can keep the campaign in sync automatically. Pick Every 12 hours or Daily on the HubSpot integration page and new list members flow into the campaign on a schedule. No duplicate sends - contacts already in the campaign are skipped.
Push Converted Leads Back to HubSpot
When a lead replies positively - MailBeast pushes the contact back to HubSpot and a Note on the contact's timeline. The Note includes the campaign, the reply came from and a deep-link back to the conversation in MailBeast InboxHub, so your sales rep has the full context the moment they open the contact in HubSpot.
One-Click Setup
Head to Integrations, click the HubSpot card, and walk through the OAuth flow. Disconnect any time from the same page; your campaigns and CRM data are unaffected.
