The plans differ only by volume limits (contacts, emails, AI credits) and support level.

Active contacts are unique lead's email addresses you reach out to during a billing period - each such lead counts once per month regardless of how many emails they receive. Monthly emails are total messages sent. For example, emailing 100 contacts with a 3-step sequence uses 100 contacts and 300 emails.

You get access to the platform for 14 days with no credit card required. Trial includes 50 emails, 25 contacts, 25 AI credits, and 100 email validations - enough to test the core workflow. At the end of the trial, you can subscribe to a paid plan. If you don't, your account is downgraded to a limited free tier.

The dashboard shows when you have reached high usage limits. If you exceed your contact or email limit, your campaigns continue running but new sends are blocked until you have capacity again. We never charge overage fees. You can purchase add-ons from your dashboard.

Data retention is how long we store your campaign history, analytics, and lead data. Starter keeps 1 year, Pro+ keeps 2 years. After this period, old data may be deleted to keep the platform cost-effective. For cold email outreach, historical data beyond 1-2 years is rarely needed - most campaigns are time-sensitive and leads either convert or move on.

Annual billing gives you 1 month free compared to monthly pricing. Starter is $35/mo billed annually ($429/yr instead of $468). Pro+ is $72/mo billed annually ($869/yr instead of $948). You can switch between monthly and annual from your account settings any time.

We have a minimum of 2 weeks for all accounts. That is the minimum warmup period that is set in our systems. However, if kept enabled, which is recommended, it continues at a maintenance level (dynamically varies from 5-30 emails/day) alongside your campaigns to sustain sender reputation, so your sending power never gets lost.

No. All plans are available on monthly or annual billing with no contracts. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Annual billing saves you the equivalent of 1 month, but monthly gives you full flexibility.

Yes. Upgrades from Starter to Pro+ take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades are scheduled for your next billing cycle so you keep access to Pro+ features until then.
