Slack Integration
You can now connect your Slack workspace to MailBeast and receive real-time notifications for the events that matter most to your team. No more checking the dashboard constantly - get notified instantly in the channels where your team already works.
11 Notification Types
Choose exactly which events trigger Slack notifications. Each toggle is independent, so you only get what you need:
Lead Engagement
- Lead replied - with interest level indicators
- Lead status changed
- Auto-reply detected
Campaign Lifecycle
- Campaign started
- Campaign completed - with delivery stats summary
- Campaign paused
- Campaign resumed
Account & Deliverability
- Account disconnected - immediate alert
- Bounce spike detected - color-coded by severity
- Lead unsubscribed
- A/B test winner selected - with variant details
Simple Setup
Head to Settings > Integrations, click on Slack, paste your webhook URL, and toggle the notifications you want. That's it. The integration uses Slack Incoming Webhooks, so there's no OAuth flow or bot installation required.

We've added a new Integrations section to the dashboard. This is where you'll find all current and future third-party integrations. Each integration shows its status at a glance - active, disabled, or coming soon.
