Introducing Workspaces
If you run outreach for more than one brand - or you're an agency juggling several clients - you no longer need a separate MailBeast login for each one. Workspaces let you keep every business in its own clean, isolated space and jump between them instantly from the top of your dashboard.
Each workspace is completely separate: its own email accounts, campaigns, contacts, InboxHub, analytics, and its own plan. Nothing is shared or mixed between them, so a client's data never bleeds into another's, and each workspace's sending reputation stands on its own.
Switch Between Workspaces in One Click

At the top of your dashboard - you'll see a workspace chip showing your current workspace name and its plan. Click it to open the switcher, pick another workspace from the list, and MailBeast loads straight into it. Each entry shows its plan at a glance, and once you have a longer list a search box appears so you can find any workspace by name.
When you switch, MailBeast reloads into the selected workspace so your campaigns, inbox, and live updates all reflect the workspace you're now in - never a blend of two.
Create a New Workspace
Open the workspace switcher and click Create workspace, give it a name (e.g. your brand or client's name), and you're in. A new workspace starts with its own plan, sending accounts, and campaigns - independent from everything else on your account.
